eCashflow offers a service for collection of checks rejected due to non-sufficient funds at $0 cost to the dental office. Since this is a zero cost service, all you need is to display the signage we provide.

By turning the check into an ACH presentation, eCashflow tries to collect on the check two additional times and, in 87% of cases, these presentations result in full payment to your business. If still unsuccessful, they then charge a 2^nd ACH to your customer including a service fee allowed by state law (usually $40). If still unsuccessful, they give you the option of whether you would like them to pursue through collections on your behalf, or, begin the collections process yourself.
