First, click the 'Begin Registration' button located on the right to create login information. Second, input your merchant number beginning with 512178340xxxxxx and your 5-digit office zip code. You should recieve an e-mail in 15 to 30 minutes verifying enrollment. You'll have to login again and complete a questionaire after the e-mail confirmation.
