Thank your patients for their referrals with a Visa® Prepaid Card offered by Best Card!
With the Visa prepaid card program, you choose the dollar amount to load on to the card, which is good everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Here is how it works:
1) Establish a $200 or higher escrow account with Best Card for cards to be issued (there is a one-time $25 setup fee). Replenish account when low. 2) When you want to thank a patient, you will use a worksheet we'll provide to input the amount and name to be on the card and email the worksheet to us. A Visa prepaid card with above logo will be mailed to designated address (can be direct to patient or to your dental office) within 4-7 business days. 3) You will receive email confirmation that cards are being processed as well as new escrow account balance. The fee paid for each card is $2.00 if card expires in three months; $2.25 if six-month expiration; $3.00 if one-year expiration. We also offer the Make a Splash program, which has fees that are $0.50 less per card than the Visa® Prepaid Card, and that is good at 115 locations (retail, dining, travel & entertainment) including Best Buy, Outback Steakhouse, AMC theaters and more!
