Convert your paper checks received into an ACH (automated clearing house) transaction via our online service and you will no longer need to make a trip to the bank! The online software cost (one-time fee) is $199 and you are charged $.15 per transaction with a $30 monthly fee. Since each check runs through this system, you will save on fees your bank would normally charge for each check processed. Purchase a scanner (optional - $375 or 12 payments of $35) and have a photocopy of each check while also saving time on transaction entry.
